Shipping policy

After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order.

Orders placed on the weekend will not be fulfilled until Monday or Tuesday depending on the backlog of orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information. Sometimes couriers take a few days to update tracking information.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times once your package leaves the warehouse:

CANADA: 6 to 15 days. $10 CAD flat rate shipping fee. Free shipping over $175 CAD.

USA*: 6 to 15 days. $7 USD flat rate shipping fee. Free shipping over $150 USD.

UK: 4 to 10 days. €5.95 flat rate shipping fee. Free shipping over €125.

AUS: 6 to 12 days. $18 AUD flat rate shipping fee. Free shipping over $200 AUD.

EU: 6 to 20 days. €10 flat rate shipping fee. Free shipping over €150.

Rest of World: Varies by location. Please check estimated times at checkout.

*Hawaii and Guam may take longer ~30 days.

There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).

We offer free shipping over certain order values depending on your location.

We are NOT responsible if you input the incorrect delivery address.

We try our best to get your package to you in a safe and timely manner.

Failed Delivery

In the event of a failed delivery, we understand the inconvenience it can cause. We strive to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Here's what you need to know:

  • Re-Delivery Attempts: In some cases, we can coordinate with our local courier services to attempt a re-delivery of your package. This service is subject to the availability and policies of the local courier.

  • Additional Fees: Please be aware that if the failed delivery is due to circumstances within your control (such as incorrect address provided, unavailability to receive the package, etc.), there may be additional fees for re-delivery. These fees are imposed by the courier service to cover the extra handling and transportation costs.

  • Customer Responsibility: To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and up-to-date. Also, try to be available on the estimated delivery date, or arrange for someone else to receive the package on your behalf.
