IMPORTANT NOTE:

SIZE/COLOR CHANGES:

EMAIL US AT HI@DRMERSCLUB.COM FOR SIZE OR COLOR CHANGES BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS FULFILLED. ONCE FULFILLED, CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED ONCE ORDER IS CONFIRMED.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • TIME FRAME: YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AT HI@DRMERSCLUB.COM.
  • AFTER 14 DAYS: WE WILL NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

RETURNS:

  • FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH TAGS ATTACHED.
  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR YOUR RETURN SHIPPING FEES. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM YOUR REFUND.

*AU CUSTOMERS MAY PAY A $20 CAD CUSTOMS FEE WHEN RETURNING.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

  • REPORT DEFECTS OR WRONG ITEMS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. WE WILL EVALUATE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

NON-REFUNDABLE/FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE:

  • ITEMS MARKED "FINAL SALE" CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR REFUNDED. REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

  • CHECK YOUR PACKAGE TRACKING HERE.
  • REPORT MISSING PACKAGES WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
